Hi all, I know there are varying opinions on whether bras help shape the girls,sooooo-I just took off the black push up in my new avatar,and this is what I have-I think they help!!!

I think thats the water retention, especially by underwired bra's...

I've that also every day in the evening if i take my bra off, they look a bit fuller and more shaped.

But in the morning they are like they should, without permanent change in lifetime

Hi Smallish,I've been noogling for 11 months and taking herbs for 15.I'm taking Fenugreek -7200 mg-a day--red cover 6000 mg a day.
