Cycles were 1 hour per day for 8 weeks. I believe my body plateaued after the first cycle - it was just too much of a shock.
Noogleberry:
1-2X per day for an hour, have used for 3 months with a 2 week break: 1"
So far, Noogleberry has been the easiest, less painful, least expensive method. I also saw much quicker results. Even if the growth isn't permanent, I can live with pumping once per week to "top off".
