Hi, I think if you search around the forum you'll find most of the info you're looking for... I personally start with a massage using some collagen/elastin lotion generously, then adhere both my medium cups on together with their soft cup rings. The lotion helps with making the cups stick on more easily, and the massage helps blood flow.
