NB and massages

Hello gorgeous NB users,

I read on a forum that if you used Brava you should not do any massages as it might srop the growth .
Is it the same for people using NB ?

Before I pump, I do a light massage (with oil or cream) to facilitate circulation into the breasts. I haven't noticed it hindering my progress.
