Hi everyone, I've been noogling for nearly 3 weeks now and I love it.
Trouble is my period was supposed to be last week and still haven't had it.
I only use nnoogleberry and dont use herbs.
I feel like it's the noogling messing up my hormones has anyone else experienced this?
Should I stop for a few days to see if it happens? Thanks for reading
