pumping question

When I am noggle and pumping up the cups seem to move to the sides so I tie the together so it will not do that. Also both ways the tie and out the tie mostly on my right side by my armpit it hurts a little even with a little a little pump up. What am I doing wrong?

The cups seems to do this at times. Please refer to some of the older forums of the users and you will get more informative information. I Don't worry you will find a adjustment for you as you do your sessions more.
