i just got my noogleberry yestreday. it took some trial and error to figure out how to get the cups to stay on while i pumped...

my question is, how can i tell if i'm getting the right amount of suction for sustained swelling?
i know i'm not going to get good swelling right away... i just can't tell how much pressure i need to be using.

advice?

Hi nik1 and Welcome to the NB world ;) ;) !

Well, very good question you have and you are only the best person who can answer that. Listen to your body while pumping , if you pump to hard you will feel the pain on your chest and the area of pumping. If you pump with too little pressure you will either loose the suction or you don't feel the pull on your breast anyway. Overpumping can cause blisters , unusual redness or boobs might even turn purple so better to pump carefully and always check how they look especially now that you just started using it. There are plenty of tips on how to use the system so please spend some time to read through old posts.

I hope this helps and let us know how it goes.

Take care,
Kultzu
