Received my Noogle, a question?

Hi, MissC - congratulations on getting started. I found it helpful to put the tips of the tubing in some hot water to loosen them up. It still may take some time, but this should help. Someone also suggested here (http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php?topic=1081.0) to use a hair dryer to heat up the ends. Good luck!
I took another look at the system and manage to connect 1 of the cups to the T-piece.
Then I started unsrcrewing a thing on the side of the handpump before realizing that the T-piece goes one the front of the pump.
So having 1 cup connected to the pump I tried it.
But I've must been doing something very wrong because I couldn't feel a thing, i couldn't even hear the pumping sounds.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Also I'm wondering if I might have choosen the wrong cup size after all.
Lenght wise I have a LOT of room in the cup but side ways I don't know, it seems that a little bit of the breast is outside the plastic cup.

It can take a while to understand how to connect up the T piece - I have to admit I gave up in frustration and ordered 2 pumps - one for each side so I can control the suction on each side! That's the lazy option though and you will get it in the end!
