thanks mattb, happy to be able to finally post a pumping pic!! Ill try not to get too over excited, and ill save my next update pic for when i have a real progress moment! Those are the medium cups. The rings are the foam rings that noogleberry sells on the website, they are actually really good, and were really soft on my skin. I tried it first without them and it made a huuuuuuuge difference in comfort level with them on and i cant imagine how anyone does without them to be honest. The first pumping experience went well so i think next time ill go for 30 minutes. But not until i find out how to tape my nipples! :-*

Hi U,there's nothing wrong with being excited,hell I'm excited about my growth but I sure cant tell my tennis buddies hey guys look at my tits!LOL! but that's okay I'll live with it and them. ;D
As for the nips,theyr'e beautiful and I don't think they will grow that much if any. Query the forum but I don't think nipple growth is that common,I know mine haven't.
You can pump longer than 30 minutes,just be careful and watch the girls color you'll be fine.
As for pics,post when you want.I just like showing my progress even though it's slow.If ya post too much so what!!

o right, i guess it would make them smaller if they are sort of loose and hanging a bit and it would pull them in again? but I think if something firms tissues then actually it is enlarging it? but maybe not... the lift argan commipheroline cream i have, says 'breast PLUMPING jelly' on it, so....???? look- http://www.mondebio.co.uk/organic-cosmetic/natessance/lift-argan-anti-ageing-plumping-bust-jelly-100ml/6137.htmlanyways - for me either way is ok cause my main concern is shape and fullness not size. But i guess maybe its not the cream for you though rupert. I had an idea though, since now we have the name of the indian herbal derivative, (Commiphora mukul) we could research that and try and find another source. Maybe we get get a hold of a herbal concentrate and make our own commipheroline cream, that way it would be cheaper for you to try it and see what happens as well. You can only know by trying really!

hi every one time for an update! so i have been noogling now for a couple of weeks i think... i had a break of about 3 days last week (i had my boyfriend visit) and then for 3 days after that i only noogled at night while i was in bed- as i had my sisters stayng with me. The past two days i have been back on my twice daily noogle sessions, about an hour each session. This morning i had my first major swell which was very exciting! I swelled a whole two cms-which is almost an inch! i measured 85 cm! and my breasts turned much rounder which looked awesome!
Now i want to report that my nipples have definately grown, which i did fear was going to happen. I thought it might just be in my head but my boyfriend commented on it (he doesnt know i noogle, but he asked me if my nipples had gotten bigger when he saw them ) and my sisters also commented on how big my nipples looked when they saw me naked! so definately, yes! They grew. I just hope they go back to normal soon. And imagine, after only one week of noogliing... so since then i have been stuffing the cups with tissues so my nipples have something to rest on and arent stretched... its seems to put more of the suction pressure on the rest of the breast that way and may be why i have just started to see some really good swelling! but who knows maybe the swelling would have started improving by now anyways.
As for growth overall. i dont think im seeing any yet... now is about the time when my breasts would start to swell as ii head toward my period, so any growth now would be difficult to really judge as progress. I have started using the PM spray by the way, so am looking forward to see how that affects my progress.
Im getting the hang of the pumping thing now, which is great, its really easy to do and i tend to forget im even wearing the cup, i wrap a robe around them and keep the pump in my pocket to easily repump if suction is getting a bit weak. Its totally easy to wear arouund the house as you do your hair, makeup, make breakfast etc!! And obviously a sinch to use as you use the internet or watch tv... I have been looking into brava and i must say it looks promising... people complain that its annoying to use but i dont think I would find it hard since i find noogleberry so uninvasive so far. The way brava fits like a sports bra and has automated suction looks so easy. and as for sleeping on my back, id be fine with that... The price tho! whoa, dont understand why its so expensive???
added my before pic underneath so u can compare easily... the top pic is straight after an hour of noogle- best swelling ive had so far, ive been noogling a little less than 2 weeks... id be happy if the swelling pic was my end result! that amount of fullness would satisfy me- easy to please i know! Hi Universal,
I think you are doing a fantastic job and the boobie fairy will be with you soon.
All we really need is a descent vacuum pump that will splice into our current systems and we would eliminate the need to pump.
Hopefully someone has a suggestion we can run with.

Hi Universal,the girls look super girl be patient.I can see a little difference from your first pics.This doesn't happen overnight. Are you using a heating pad after noogling?Just massage after noogling and put aheating pad on for about 10 or 15 minutes.I really think the nips will be in proportion to the rest when you are done.They really aren't that big Uni.
You do the same thing I do with the robe. I got brave one morning and took the trash out,and my neighbors daughter was doing the same. She started coming over to talk and I had to get my butt back in the house.I had the pump in my pocket and was at full pump.!LOL!

thanks to matt and taboo for the encouragement. No i am not using heating pads... what are they? like wheat bags or something? its freezing here at the moment and it did occur to me that the cold may bring the swelling down faster. what do use use matt?
I know the difference is small in that swelling, but i tell you what, when i saw that swelling this morning i loved it- i actually felt i would feel happy with that shape and fullness, and stopped there, probably that was where my breasts were at before all the weight loss. My goals arent astronomical. I just want to feel un self concious of my breasts, cause basically i have just felt deflated the past few years! i have never taken birth control pills either and i dont plan too- and from what i hear that is a total breast plumper for most women and usually adds at least half a cup for them and the fullness obviously. Also it occured to me, i will most likely have kids in the next 5 -7 years, and well, deflation factor is only gonna get worse after that! Good to have a good routine going now! I like small breasts and always have. Just dont like that empty look.

Hey Uni,a heating pad is electric.It's a padded appliance used for sports injuries and such.You can get one cheap at a pharmacy or dept.store.
I really think you will fill the girls out by massaging and using one after noogling.
Let me know if you get one and how it works out.

I massage only a little after noogle. mainly i do it before with my potions i do the 360 rotations... how long do you massage after noogle? its all very exciting isnt it? its nice to know i dont have to be just accept what became of my boobs and that there really is a way to help them out! i really thought for a while there that it was just a downward slope from here and it made me kinda sad. Now i feel excited wish id found noogleberry sooner to be honest... i think one of these days ill commit myself to the 10 weeks with brava... maybe when im 35 i looked at the site and it seems it pretty much guaranteed that if you use it for a few months you get at least half a cup growth. i took some pics after pumping tonight and just wanted to make a note of how much camera angle affects how my breasts look! I have very little swelling tonight who knows why, maybe i need more water. But check it out, the downward facing angle is waaaay more flattering .. by the way my boobs go purple so easy. i cant use a strong pump without them going purple... does that mean i should stick to mild pressure? or just do the pump hold release? suggestion appreciated... sending good vibes to all you lovely nooglers this forum rox

Hi Uni,no matter what angle you shoot from,those girls look good.I noticed the angle thing too.As for the purple,my left one goes purple real fast even under low pressure.I just stop,massage out the purple and pump them up gradually again,and I'm fine. Make sure you lube them up again.

bicep is just big cause i am holding entire lap top in one hand and angling it to take the pic with my web cam! they arent big, im just skinny and they poke out easier thanks for the compliments, i like my girls too. all the extra attention they are getting is making me appreciate them more in their uniqueness. it helps being on this forum and all these women posting pics of their breasts cause you get to see all the different styles of real breasts instead of what i am probably more accustomed to seeing, which is bare breasts that are either sugically enhanced or naturalones but only of a certain size and shape (that usually resembles implant a bit anyway). I think if we see more natural breasts in all there varieties on a more regular basis we might start to re apreciate their unique beauty instead of always feeling like we fall short of a standard all the time... as for guys wanting perfection... ive heard a few girls on here talking about their boyfriends telling them to get implants etc.. what can i say i think porn is literally an epidemic these days. Im not against porn but i think it is probably consumed way too much! guys usually start getting into it while they are still boys... they sorta get these images repeatedly burned into their heads of what breasts 'should' look like probably waaaaaay before they even see a real woman naked.

today i had swelling progress. i swelled again to 85 cm but this time i maintained alot of it for like four hours! my bra felt quiet tight and when i got home i was still 84 cm, so its great! This evenings pump got me to 86cm (34 inches!) so i guess its all progressing.. im still doing 2 x one hr sessions.
but i guess like everyone, im wondering when permanent stuff happens... im guessing the increasing swelling and maintanence of swelling for longer time means you are moving closer to real growth?
Im trying out the large cups right now, and they are not comfortable like the medium ones! im not 34 inches yet in measurements either, without swelling im hardly 33 inches- large cups are recommended for 34 inches and up... does this matter?
