Recently, had swelling that put me close to a D cup. My goal is to turn my swelling into permanent results. I pump with the XL cup for 30 min to an hour and use the pump and hold method. Its been 3 months on my noogle journey so far. I started out with the large cups and now fill the XL halfway most times.

Trying to reach a D by my 25 bday in June.

I hope that I will reach a small C till my 25 birthday (on September).

Hi eva. Thanks for the encouragement. I started Greenbush herbs before pumping and they firmed me a little bit but I stopped a couple of months before I got the pump. So I was back to square one, empty and saggy 34B. Right now, I just pump and make sure to drink lots of water everyday.

Hope you can reach your goal too. Currently waiting on my foam and other XL cup to arrive so I'm not pumping much. Once I get those, I'll be a a pumping maniac ;D
