3-4hrs. Didn't really do much for me, it just made my boobs turn purple and the red ring marks stayed on for a week I think. Had amazing swelling when I noogled almost nonstop for a weekend though, release method. Constantly removing the cups, massaging and then putting them on for about 30 minutes again.
