Hi everybody as I have had my pump for a week I thought it was time for an update. First some history, I have had high blood pressure pretty well all my life so have taken medication for a long time without problems until 2years a go. My Doctor gave me Viagra which was OK but recently seemed to loose its effect he then tried Cialis which did very little. My problem was that I could get hard but when it came to penetration it would soften, frustrating for both of us! But last week came some help, our pump!!! I cant tell you how thrilled I was when I gave just one pump and my penis shot along the tube. I use it daily for 10-20mn and so far the length is the same but girth and size of the head have doubled.The rings are a struggle but you soon get used to them and find the one for you. The other thing to get used to is a dry ejaculation, the actual climax is much the same and when you take the ring of it just pours out. If I have a gripe it is the pressure of the tube against your body can be uncomfortable as you step the vacuum up, but it is nothing compared to the benefits.In conclusion I can honestly say that my penis stays warm and engorged even when not at play, this pump has taken 30 yrs of off me (I'm 74) my wife and I thank you Steve.By the way how about some follow up from you other happy pumpers.Regards D.

Hi oaktree and thank you for your excellent update! This will be so useful to others starting or thinking of starting using a pump.
