Whats the difference between contoured cups and the regular ones?

The CL is much more comfortable and is deeper than the regular L domes. It's the best thing ever actually. Can't say enough good things about it.

Yes I use the CL and they are great. They pretty much jump started my noogling journey, but if you are just starting out and you haven't noogled at all they will likely be too big.
