What's the difference between the 2?

Hi,
I'm completely new to all of this and am considering buying the Bosom Beauty airlock or NB. I know that BB requires more time for the results (that are supposedly permanent). If I use the NB for 2 hours a day like it is suggested for BB, is the principal still the same? In other words, do you think 2 hours of Noogleberry is pretty much equal to a BB airlock session? I know every woman is different, but is the idea the very same? I'm asking b/c if it is the same, I am definitely heading toward the NB.

i haven't used bb but i'm assuming the principle is the same based on what i've read.
i believe the results would be as permanent with each system depending on each individuals consistency in using the product and their own bodies response to it.
for the noogle, the response varies quite a bit, from slow to fast growth and everyone has their own pumping routines to figure out.
i've tried a bunch of nbe methods so far and i'm happy with this.
