When to get new domes?

Okay the past couple of days I been pumping, my nipples are almost to the top of the domes and my skin touches the sides of the domes past the 2 inch mark. Should I go ahead and order the large domes (I have the medium ones now)? Or is it okay to keep pumping with what I have? I can take pics and post them or something to show what I mean if need be while pumping.

Hi Anastasia ,

If you feel really tight and fill up the cups , then you need to order new larger cups.
