    So you just leave them on overnight? I explanted 3 years ago and was hoping too do a fat transfer. My doctor was very honest and said there was no way I had enough tissue for that, so I'm trying this. I was a 34c with implants now I'm probably an AA on one side and an AAA on the other side...
