I ordered the Xlg in Nov 2010 and it took 7 weeks to arrive in the mail box (u.s.) The box was all beaten up and had 3 half dollar size holes in it. All the goods were in good shape, thanks to the bubble wrap. Its going to take time and Lucy is diong her best. Good Luck !
