I myself started with the Ls, And had to move to the XLs within a few weeks.
When I first started, I was 38.5 under,
Across nipples 43.5,
Above 40.
As of right now,, 38.5 under,
across 45+ not quite 46,
Over 44. All #s are american inches, sorry 'bout that for all metric users.
