How do I know when to move up?

Hello---

I've not bought the system yet but am very close to doing so. My question is this: How do I know when I've "filled the dome" and need to move up to the next dome size? Is it literally a situation where your boob fills the dome or....?? Help me out! Thanks in advance.

Exactly that,when there is no more room for your breasts to enlarge inside the dome.

Well I'd hate to disagree Katie, but I'd say you fill the dome when your breasts reaches the top of the dome, right before the hole is blocked. My nipples go to the top of the dome and block off the hole before I can actually fill the dome completely, there is always some room left inside. Also I wouldn't move on in dome sizes until you fill the dome quickly, like within the first minute of pumping and you aren't feeling the pressure anymore, if you still feel the pressure, you can still use it. Like now that I've gone to the XL's when I use the large, I fill them within the first minute and once filled I don't feel the pressure anymore.
