Electric stimulation, used for breast enhancement, is actually boosting the collagen production in skin cells, thus increasing breast tissue elasticity. The increased cellular production is claimed to enhance the breast size in the area of treatment but in most proven cases, the procedure just rendered a mild to moderate lift effect. Few medical records exist which prove that the treatment is really effective. It is unlikely that electric therapy brings overly visible effects and may be less effective than other proven methods of breast enlargement. To add for the records, electric stimulation is somehow unpleasant and patients with a low pain threshold reported it to be even painful.
