I am a mature adult male who seldom "noogles" my nipples as they are usually perky standing hard and erect about three-quarters of an inch from my chest, If I use the rubber base with the nipple cups, it is VERY hard for me to pull my nipples out of the nipple cups as my nipples are so engorged they blossom over on the inside of the base. After "noogling" this way, my nipples are more tubular in shape, very thick and stand hard and firm about an inch and one-quarter from my chest.
When I "noogle" with just the nipple cups without the bases, my nipples pretty much fill the cups. However. my nipples are more pyramidal in shape as more of the a areola is drawn into the nipple cup. My nipple will again stand hard and firm about an inch and one-quarter from my chest.
I am awaiting the delivery of the large breast cups to work on my very natural 38B breasts. I do hope that I will get as good results from others who have "noogled" their breasts.
