New to Noogleing and have some bruising

I've just started using my Medium cups and I have some bruising at the top of the breast near the arm pit. Is this from to much pressure? When I noogle the bruise seems to be inside the cup, not on the edge. This is happening to both sides.

I just started noogling with NB, but I did use Brava before. Are the spots in the same section on both sides? Maybe it is just skin that wasn't pulled up in the cups as before. You know, like when a differen't muscle gets used when working out. I would just keep an eye out for lumps.

Maybe try some arnica cream on the areas where the ring marks usually appear? Arnica cream is to prevent/ reduce bruising and swelling. I just started Noogling and I am on Coumadin (blood thinner) due to a heart problem. I have been really careful not to overpump but if I see the slightest hint of a bruise on goes the arnica cream!
