I'm sure we all felt that way the first time we posted pictures! That feeling goes away when you read all the nice compliments you will recieve. I hope to see some pics soon...

Fulfilling a dream...
Picture posting is certainly not a requirement for anyone to be part of this community. We are here for a common goal of enhancing our bodies which naturally is froth with insecuries and poor self-image. However, it is very hard to dispel these feelings until someone contradicts these "beliefs" and thru repeated expose to these positive messages -- we are able to dismantle these negative feelings. To me, that is what pictures really do for us here.
In addition, it is much harder for ourselves to see our own progress and we can become discouraged. Again, pictures help others to dispel this belief.
Regardless of these benefits, I want you to feel comfortable here and share whatever you want. There is alot of trust involved with these matters and it takes time to develop.
