Opened box....no cups!

I ordered the medium Noogleberry System over a week ago, along with cup rings, and airlock kit and nipple covers. I've been anxiously awaiting arrival of the box. Well, it got here today, I opened it and.....NO CUPS! I've emailed the customer service people at Noogleberry with no response. Does anyone know another contact? I'm so very, very frustrated and disappointed.
