The first picture is the first time I have noogled

The second picture is after two months.

I start to see a slight difference. Do you see the same ? Or is it just me who really want to see a difference

I can see a difference but it does take a while. I've been trying for years of and on more so in summer from where I was to now is amazing. Feels fantastic, just finished a 1hr pump getting some good swelling,, never thought it would happen but it did.

Breasts change so much during just a month’s cycle, you should start measuring around the nipple and keeping a weekly log. That way you’ll have scientific data and know exactly what’s going on!

Hi,
To see any real growth ( NOT SWELLING ) it takes years and dedication , and then you have to keep going to maintain.
I personally think we are all only stretching skin, maybe some tissue or muscle, but not a lot.
I still noogle, but i now also take Estradiol and testosterone blockers. when i stopped noogle for 3 months i lost most of my growth, so i will let you decide if it really does work in the long run. I enjoy the swelling, but its short lived.
