I'm think of buying the NB breast enhancement pump kit, I'm not sure if I should buy the airlock silicone tube and the two ring cups as well? What do you suggest, are they necessary to buy them?

I'd get the airlock but the rings aren't needed for this system to work. You can always buy them later if you think you want them.

I have the airlock but I've never used the rings. All you really need is the system with the proper cups.
