somebody please help. would taping nipples help to make these go away?

my first few times noogling were just fine. the last time i noogled, i ended up with this boil on my left areola. i then waited to noogle and i let it heal till i started again... tonight, i just finished noogling for about an hour, and my left and right nipples are both surrounded by these...

so what happens if you have a size too big? i am a 30 AA-A right now, like right in between, and i'm going to order a small cup. would it still work?
