Haha, I know that feeling. First when I started noogling I thought I might tell someone about it, but so far no one knows. For some reason, I want them to believe I'm just as able to grow my own breasts as anyone else ;D It sounds silly, but noogling feels kinda like "cheating" to me - or compensating, which isn't any better. I have to put so much effort to get what others get just by living through puberty. Sometimes it feels soooo unfair, but that's the reason I don't want to tell anyone. At least not yet.
You're right - one must be very observant to notice those small changes. But if you gain multiple cup sizes, then yes, people may start to notice. For me, that is only a positive thing as long as they don't think I have implants.
