Thanks summergirl23! I haven't tried the heating part, I've tried hydronoogling under a hot shower (I don't have a bath tub) and it was just too messy. I have a heating pillow, I'll try that and see if I can get more suction!

Yesterday I read somewhere on here that some members have been using fish oil to massage the breasts with. The fish oil is taken from fish oil supplements in capsule form.

So today I went to the supermarket, checked out the fish oil supplements and when I saw these prices I decided to browse the cooking oil aisle instead. I literally found one bottle of combined oils, it contains: corn oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sesame seed oil and...fish oil!

You cannot imagine the smell of this thing, it smells like delicious Chinese food. Not exactly something I want my breasts or body to smell like but this baby covers all the kinds of oil I should be massaging with, haha. Am I crazy using cooking oil as a massage oil? I figure any fish oil would work just as well and if it's used for cooking it makes it even safer to use over the body because it's edible. I could actually take a teaspoon of this daily (good fats?) while massaging. Costs only 6 dollars for a 1.8L bottle. This will last longer than 100 capsules.

Another update: I'm going to be extremely busy this month so I will be snoogling. I don't like the idea of snoogling, especially with the winter fast-approaching, but it's the only way I can guarantee lengthier sessions.

That oil sounds awesome! What store did you get it at?

I recently ordered some pueraria mifica (or however it's spelled...) lotion so as soon as it arrives I'm going to use that instead of just normal jergens lotion. I really wanted to take PM supplements but when I was on the pill when I was 18, it gave me a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in my lung) and I nearly died. So now I have a history of blood clots caused by estrogen and have to be careful of what I put in my body, and I'm worried that since PM increases estrogen production, it's probably not the safest choice for me to take it orally. So we will see if the lotion does anything! I also just got my powder collagen supplement today so hopefully that helps speed it up! I'm going to vegas for halloween and am DYING to have some cleavage to show off at the pool and at the clubs 8)

Oh gosh, sorry to hear that. Would the PM cream be quite risky as well? I just drank the last collagen bottle I had. I need to find out more about the injecting collagen thing. I just read on BN that consuming collagen orally doesn't really help.

My PM capsules just arrived in the mail today, 100 capsules and 100mg per capsule. I will start taking it on the day of my period but I'll stop at the first sign or symptom of trouble.

I'll be ordering flaxseed in just a bit.

The snoogling didn't work. I woke up after about 30 mins into it with a bruisy feeling on my right breast. I'll try again today, with less suction.

Completed 3 Whole Weeks Update: I noogled for less than 30 minutes in the past 2 days and that has severely affected my swelling. This morning I woke up, measured myself and I measured exactly the same numbers I came up with before I started noogling. How awfully disheartening. This process is like going through one heartbreak after another. As I sit and type this, I have my NB on and I intend to make full use of the weekend, I'm determined to pump myself back to happiness.

I realize NB plays a role in breast enlargement but most people who have experienced permanent growth have supplemented their routine. So I've ordered extra multivitamins, collagen pills (6500mg per capsule) so that's more collagen than what was in the drinks, as well as flaxseed. I'll probably receive all of them in a few days or so. The flaxseed is really high in good fatty acids so I figure it's the same thing as taking fish oil, both very rich in omega-3.

I absolutely hate the idea of taking PM, I've heard about it many years ago but I just didn't want to get involved. Nevertheless I've decided I will take it this month (on the day of my period). I know a lot of people have experienced some serious side effects with it, but at this point I'm desperate for bigger boobs. I will proceed with caution however.

Oops: I cancelled my online order for collagen supplement (drink form) and the company sent me a box of 6 anyway, so looks like I've got a few more days of this to go. I'll be switching to collagen capsules as soon as I receive them. Ordered online, seller hasn't shipped it yet. Bummer.

Week 4, Day 1: I noogled for over an hour today, and I'm noogling right now! I got my 3cm swell back. I over-pumped and now I've got red dots all over my boobs. Doesn't bother me though because they seem to be fading away. I'm reading so many past forum posts and came across a member who started with 34a cups and already filled up the medium domes in a span of just 2 weeks.I realized it's those of us who started with AA cups react very slowly to NB.

I really don't know if the PM cream could cause something as serious as blood clots, lets hope not! I definitely feel like it's a lot safer than putting it in my body though, so we will see! I also got a small bottle of Vitamin E oil from Walmart, and have been using that instead of lotion before I pump, and it makes the red cupping ring marks disappear so much quicker than just using lotion! I'll probably end up mixing the Vitamin E oil with the PM cream to get the best of both worlds.
Definitely be careful with the PM pills though, make sure you are familiar with the side effects and if you start noticing them then stop taking it right away! I could have caught my blood clot a week sooner than I did, had I known side effects of birth control and what to look out for. So just stay safe! :) I also got my collagen supplement (you mix it with water and drink) the other day, so I'm only on day 3 of taking that, so I'm hoping once that has a chance to get settled in my body I'll start seeing bigger changes! Really hoping you can figure out what the best methods and supplements are for you tinytots, I really want NB to work for you! <3

Thank you so much summergirl23, I am still very much at the experiment phase of this whole journey. I've got to keep my mind open and my fingers crossed!

It must have been such a scary experience, I'm so sorry you had to go through that. But I'm glad you're okay! A friend of mine had a clot in her leg and was rushed to the emergency room, she told me it was because of BC pills.

I spent last night reading about PM, there are so many conflicting stories! Apparently we're advised to take it only during the follicular phase of the cycle to mimick but enhance estrogen behaviour and levels in our bodies during that time of the month. But in Thailand, women take PM daily (and Thailand has one of the lowest incidences of breast cancer in the world).

There is this PM serum by St. Herb, I read members over at breast nexus saying good things about it. Perhaps you could try the serum too? When will you start on the PM cream?

I will definitely stop taking the pills if I feel it's really messing with my system. But I will be taking a low dose. Apparently the American and UK companies who have produced PM pills sell them in high dosage (even up to 500mg per pill!) and then recommend a daily dosage of 2 capsules a day, so that's 1000mg of PM a day...that's like an overdose! PM is known for being very potent as it is, you really don't want to take too much of it. Another website insists that 50mg a day is already enough, and that we should not exceed 300mg. So what's up with those companies selling 250mg capsules, to be taken 3 times a day?

I ordered the one by a Thai company Herbal One, it's only 100mg of PM per capsule, with a recommended dosage of 300mg per day. I will start with only 100mg on the first day of my period, and then slowly build up to 300mg.

Some people stop PM at day 15, and take progestorone e.g. chasteberry extract while on the luteal phase. I'm still pondering over whether I should follow that programme or if I should just stick with PM (only 1 capsule a day during the luteal phase). This is all so complicated, finding the right programme that works for 1 person can be like finding a needle in a haystack!

13th Oct 2015 Day 1 of flaxseed oil. I will take 2.8g daily and up that to 3.6g by next week. Note that flaxseed oil is an omega 3 supplement, while flaxseed contains estrogen and flaxseed oil does not. Im still on the 5000mg collagen drink but my order for collagen in powder form (6500mg) has arrived and I will be taking it with a milk alternative (I'm lactose intolerant) daily. I'm also starting on multivitamin supplements, I used to take only vitamin C supplements. Breasts or no breasts, these are things I should have started on way back just for general health and well-being!

good call ordering it from a Thai company, since PM grows there, they would probably know more about processing it and using it and dosage and all that than american companies! I'm starting my PM cream as soon as it gets here, I ordered it from China I believe, so shipping takes a while. hopefully within the next two weeks!

That sounds like a TON of work, tracking your cycle and taking PM based on the day and everything. I could not keep up on that. But if that's something you could keep up with, it sounds good in theory! let me know what you end up doing and how it works!

Just waiting on my period, haha, then I'll begin the dreaded hormone "therapy". On day 1 I plan on taking 2 capsules only, one with breakfast and another with dinner. If my period comes at night, I'll just start the next morning. Day 2 to day 12 I will take the recommend daily dose of 3 100mg capsules. Day 13 onwards I will only take 1 capsule daily until my next period when I'll do 3 capsules a day. So that'll be my hormone programme...if all goes well.

My period is usually quite regular, it's usually light bleeding on the 1st day, normal to heavy bleeding on the second and third day, light bleeding on day 4, and starts fading away on day 5. It will be interesting to see if PM will mess up this routine, but there is a possibility of heavier bleeding this coming month because of the flaxseed oil. I thought it would be important for me to note that.

Coincidentally, flaxseed oil has a blood thinning function, which helps prevent blood clots!

I've decided against progesterone supplements. If PM isn't messing too much with my system, then that's the only hormone sup I'll be taking.

Thanks summergirl23! :)

Well... I measured myself last night and my bust was 84cm. Last month, I measured a similar increase in bust size right before my period. I was too tender so decided to skip noogling which I don't like to do. This morning I started my period. It seems a bit heavy for day 1, but that's nothing out of the ordinary, it happens once in a while.

...which means I will be spiking up my estrogen levels today with PM! Keeping my fingers crossed now!

Oh, I think NB has slightly changed the shape of my boobs. I feel NB really helps but I just need more fat tissue in the area. Boobs aren't sensitive and tender anymore so I'll be noogling today!

Yay! I'm so excited to see how PM works for you! I never understood boob tenderness/fullness around periods, I have never noticed my breasts more tender or full at any point during my cycle, I guess that's pretty lucky then I guess...?

I agree, I think NB is changing the shape of mine a little bit too. I have literally no fat/breast tissue on the front of my chest (you can see my rib bones in between my boobs, thats how little there is there), and my biggest goal is to have cleavage, so I'm basically trying to pump breast tissue from skin and bones. We will see how well that works haha. I'm hoping my nipples don't get bigger because I love my small nipples, I just don't know how to prevent nipple growth while pumping!

also wanted to add something I just remembered, my boobs feel a lot less 'dense' since starting NB. My BF (who is a big fan of 'boob grabs'...lol) has told me that they feel lighter and less dense as well. I'm not sure if that's because of the swelling or because the fat tissue is spreading apart (is that a thing..?) or what, but I'm hoping my boobs don't end up saggy and not firm! :-\

There will always be men with a big boob fetish but I think most adult men don't care as much about breast size as we think they do. It would be a nightmare to date a man and find out that he was initially disappointed in my breast size. I've always thought that if a man even hints at my bust size being too small, I couldn't be with him anymore.

At risk of sounding like a 'slut', I work as a cam model. If you don't know what that is, I basically get all dolled up and sit on my bed with my webcam turned on, and guys will pay me to take me into private (basically porn) shows. This sounds terrible I know, but point is- I have had quite a few men see my boobs on camera, which makes them look even smaller than they are. Whenever I would mention how I didn't like my small boobs and wanted a boob job, EVERY SINGLE GUY that was in my chat room would say how they HATED boob jobs, and would prefer small, natural boobs over 'fake' boobs any day. That made me feel so much better. Especially coming from these strangers who didn't owe me anything, and especially the fact that it is easy for people to cyber bully and say mean things with the cover of being anonymous and online. So there are plenty of men out there who LOVE small, natural boobs- I would say there are just as many men with a 'small boob fetish' than there are men that prefer large breasts. And if a man ever makes you feel inferior or bad for having small boobs, he isn't worth a second of your time, because there are dozens of other men that will LOVE your boobs and think they are PERFECT, no matter how small you may think they are. :) <3

I think NB helps to stretch the skin and eventually makes enough space for more tissue growth (according to breast pump videos). Do your boobs bounce more now? I find that my boobs are more stretchy, like if I push them close together there's that cleavage line. They never did that before NB.

Oh, I'd like to add that this is the breast size calculator I use:
http://www.etoolsage.com/Calculator/BraSize.asp

It says I was starting out as a 32AA which seems accurate because my boobs are practically microscopic. ;D

I agree, I wouldn't be with a guy who didn't think I was good enough for him because I have small boobs. I've never been with a guy who had an issue with my small boobs (or at least it's not something they would ever say). I don't really know why I want bigger boobs all of a sudden, sometimes I wish I had explored NBE when I was a lot younger...but then again had I done so, I wouldn't have been as patient, and I would've probably just gone with implants.

Women in our 30s and beyond become very self-conscious about ageing and looking good, we want to maintain or even enhance our look, and to me I'm pretty sure this is where wanting bigger boobs stems from. I want to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see, so this whole process is a decision based on what I want, not what anyone else wants out of me. I would never do this for anyone else.

Yes, it hurts when my friends say something breast-related and it makes me feel inadequate. I now dream of the possibility that my boobs might one day grow bigger than this particular friend of mine who likes to rub her B cup all over my face (pardon the pun, haha). But it's people like her who are actually the most insecure about her breast size, because I've got so much in my life and I am so much more than just the size of my boobs. We are all so much more than that!

Having said all that, I'm still just a girl who just wants to have some fun in the sun with a sexy bikini...and I can't even do that because I don't have an ounce of boob.

Recently I've started looking at other women's boobs. It's like high school all over again, when everyone had boobs and I didn't.

Yes, I have never had my boobs bounce until the past week or so, and I'm LOVING it! Mine are also more stretchy, I don't have to shove my boobs as hard to get cleavage as I did before, which is also nice.

I have a hard time believing that size calculator site is accurate... it's telling me I am a 32 AA... there's no way haha. I completely fill out 34 B's so I'm not sure why that site is saying I'm three cup sizes too big. Although since my under bust measures 27.5 inches, according to other sites I shouldn't even wear a bra since that measurement is so small... go figure. haha

Have you entered your measurements in at: http://www.brasizecalculator.tk/ ? On reddit forums for 'correct bra sizes' this site seems to be the general consensus of the most accurate bra size calculator, and most women are a lot larger size than what they may think. According to that site, I am a 28D. I can't confirm this since I have NO IDEA where to find that kind of bra size, but the reddit forums give information about how 'normal' bra sizing (such as getting sized at VS) is completely incorrect, and the correct way to size is to find a band that is the same measurement as your underbust- in my case 28 inches, hence 28 band size. And the cup size is completely relative to how many inches differ between your band/underbust measurement and the fullest part of your breast measurement. For example, a difference of one inch is an A cup I believe, and three inches (in my case) is a D.
Those reddit forums have like a full on cult of women that SWEAR by finding their 'correct' bra size based on that site calculator, and how much better it feels, more comfortable, looks better, etc. That website has a link for the Reddit forum if you would like to browse through (I found it confusing to navigate) but it also explains bra sizing and how most women are wearing a wrong fitting bra, because a proper fitting one is impossible to find in stores.

Anyways, I would definitely recommend putting your measurements in that site and seeing what your 'correct' size is, apparently most women that are wearing an A cup should really be in a B or even C cup (I know that sounds impossible but...) with a way smaller band size, which makes the cup size smaller. So a 34 C is going to have way bigger cups than a 30 C, even though they are both C cups. Sorry this probably is very confusing, but it's worth doing the research, and it's pretty interesting stuff I think! Definitely a fun way to pass the time while noogling:)

Anyyyyyways... I can totally relate to you! I HATE wearing a bikini just because I look so FLAT, I feel like a 12 year old girl that has yet to hit puberty. It's awful.

PS, stay consistent with the NB and pretty soon you're gonna have bigger boobs than your B cup friend, and she's going to be begging you for your secret! :)

There are a lot of bra size calculators shared by members. Like you're supposed to be wearing a comfortable bra while you measure, except that all my bras are padded *enter embarrassed emoticon here* so I measure 'as is' without the bra. I don't know if that affects the result.

That said, the difference between my band size and bust is 10cm (almost 4 inches). According to the calculator, if I can just grow to 90cm I'll be a C cup. If only...

The term booby greed is mentioned here on the forum a lot. I don't exactly know what it means but I'm guessing it's like if you finally reach your goal it won't be enough and you're going to keep wanting more. I find that quite hilarious actually, I can only hope and pray that I can get to 90cm at this point but I can pretty much guess that if I ever get there I will want just a wee bit more. ;D

It really is swelling that makes breasts softer and less dense. When I started noogling my boobs became very "fluffy" and it felt weird first, but the tissue became firmer later. It was swelling replaced by real growth, I think. :) My breasts are still much softer than when I started, but they are by no means saggy. Of course there is more slope, but that's because they are bigger. I think certain amount of softness is good, it makes them more "stretchy" (like tinytots said, it's easier to get cleavage!)

I hope no one thinks you're a slut. I have done something quite similar, not going to be specific but yes, many men have seen my breasts on the internet, too. That's why I'm not the slightest bit uncomfortable showing them here ;D And my experience is similar: I was surprised to find how many men either don't care about breast size or actually prefer small breasts over big breasts. It just seems the big boob fetish is more of a "norm" (even if it isn't more common) and those men tend to be noisier about their preferences, too.

Yes, boobie greed is a thing ;D I can feel it already affecting me. It's that feeling when you know you've already managed to grow quite a bit but sometimes it feels like it's really not that much and you still need more. I said I might settle for D's if that's all I can have, but nope, here I am wanting more... :)

Interested to know if any of you who have noticed growth (due to NB) have a BMI of 20 or above?

About 2 days ago I reached a BMI of 20, I have been under 20 most of my life. I was extremely underweight during puberty. If the optimum BMI for NBE is 20 above, this is the BMI I will maintain.

5th day on PM: Tingly sensation in the nipple area this morning, no pain. The other day I noogled with flaxseed oil (perforated the capsule) and mixed it with PM powder from the capsule as well. Did that right before bed and I felt fuller in the morning. This sometimes happens during PMS, so it's quite unusual during the follicular phase (for me anyway). I feel 300mg per day of PM is "just right" I'm so tempted to spike up the dosage, but I won't...for now!

Haven't measured myself for days now. I will measure myself again one day if I feel as though there's some kind of change. Sobs. :'(
