I first noogled on 12/14/2010 but I then didn't keep up for like 3 weeks. I would say I officially started noogling on around 1/15/2011.
I use the cocoa butter from the body shop. I started doing the chi massage before my noogling session a few days back. I usually noogle at least 4 days per week (due to my schedule I am unable to noogle everyday). Usually one session per day and each session lasts for about an hour. I use the pump and hold technique.
This morning I looked at my breasts I felt like they are a bit rounder and heavier. I then made some measurements. Hooray I have grown an inch! I'm so excited. This just encourages me to keep going! My original goal was to be a full B before summer. But I think I have become booby greedy
My new goal is to be a full C within a year!! Haha
