abit of advice needed please...

Hey everyone, i just want abit of advice about what you guys take aswell as noogleberry. Im thinking of adding something aswell as noogling now to see quicker results. But i dont want to take lots of different ones i just want literally one thing that is going to help me. Im no good at remembering to take tablets hence why i just want one thing to take.

What works best in your opinion?

from this forum, most of them girls had great and fast result with either bovine ovary/pueraria mirifica (in addition to their nb of course)..and there is a thread for both of them respectively

Pueraria Mirifica certainly worked well for me in a short space of time with no bad side effects. I was also lucky enough not to lose any of the increase when I stopped taking it but its not for everyone as it can interfere with your monthly cycle so if you alredy have problems in this department best to steer clear of it.

Thanks for your replys. Do you take the capsules or use the cream and spay? Or all of them? I dont have a monthly cycle anymore due to my contraceptive method so i should be fine with that. What sort of increase did u have and in how long? I know we are all different but just to give me some sort of idae. Thanks again

I took the Thanyaporn brand in the pink bottle that a lot of the girls on here have tried, you can get it on ebay. I saw a 3/4inch increase in 3 months then nothing after that. I stopped Noogling for a bit at this time so I put the increase down to the PM. I started with 2 capsules a day for the first month but didn't see any increase then ramped up to 3 and got the 3/4 inch increase within a few weeks of ramping up. I did get spider veins around this time so don't know if this was down to the PM or just my age (I'm 49). I would definitely be tempted to try PM again though, maybe next year. All in all I've had 2.25" increase around my bustline in a year with herbs and NB.

I take EPO and have just started taking spirulina because of what I saw on the spirulina thread. I definately noticed some fullness and firmness when I started taking EPO so I would recommend that. There's more info on some of the threads which are maybe on the next page back on the forum x

you don't have a monthly cycle due to contraceptive method?does this mean you dont get your monthly 'visits' anymore with pills?sorry i'm just curious, i don't really get what you mean here :-\ but yea for pueraria mirifica i took the same brand as cleo too too

She's probably on Depo Provera birth control, they're shots you get every three months, after you've been on them a while you stop having your monthly visitor which is nice. But there's one unwanted side effect for many, weight gain. I know when I was on it I shot up from 120 pounds to 155 pounds within about a year, once I got that heavy I got sterilized and went off of them as I did not want to get any heavier. For anyone considering the Essure procedure for permanent contraception, DON'T! It was the worst choice I ever made. :'(

I have a coil fitted and dont get periods at all now = result! Lol

I dont know if i am ordering the right ones... there are 2 on ebay which i didnt notice till i had commited to buy. They are 100mg each and 100 pills in each bottle but the ones iv just seen are 150mg and theres 60 pills in each bottle its the same seller so im sure i could change then if i let him know. Help please! Lol thankyou

Weird! A coil keeps you from having periods? I wish my micro-coils in my tubes would cause that, then they'd almost be worth having. :-\

It doesnt always, suppose iv just been lucky some people just carry on getting their normal period or some get spottin irregularly. i get none! lol which makes me quite happy!!!
