Hi all! So its been 2 months now... for a while when I noogled it pulled tissue into the dome from my armpit area and liked to creep to the sides and wasn't really even giving me much swelling. I noticed this and kept pushing the domes towards the center which helped a lot! The swelling is back when I do it that way. Not much permanent growth although I am happier with the appearance now so there must be at least a tiny bit of Improvement. I am definitely in this for the long haul and will be noogling for years! I am in medium domes and am starting to fill them as my breast gets sucked into the air holes and clogs it. Haha think I may be getting larger domes soon 
I am so happy with this product even just for the temperary swelling that it gives me. I have high hopes for that swelling to one day be permanent.
