I am a 8 years post op trans women and I have been dying for my boobs to get bigger having tried other pumping systems and fond that they do not work, no suction.

I tried my noogleberry yesterday for about an hour or so got some swelling, but lots of bruising still over 24 hours latter
I am a 42B at the moment, and a bit over weight now I need to lose a bit and I am trying hard, watch this space.

I have been on hormones for well over 9 years now and still have to take them so I guess that will help my growth.

There's no real guide to how much suction you should use. I've had luck with pumping until my breasts turn light pink and start to fog up the cups. if there's no fog... there's no blood going to my breasts. . hope your bruises leave soon.. good luck on your journey. sending you big boobie vibes!
