anyone else getting cramps?

I'm just short a week in to noogling and I've noticed that every now and then during my sessions I will experience these cramps.. I'm not on my period and they feel different than period cramps. They are almost like shocks. Has this happened to anyone else? I wonder what this could be....

Where are the cramps? How old are you and have you had a baby?

Its possible they are related to pumping, using arm, chest, and hand muscles not used to this. Try pumping with the other hand. Try some mild upper body exercises.

Wow i only saw thèse replies now.
I have never had a child through i have been prêgnant and miscarried.
I am 21 years old. Thé cramps seem to have subsided but they were shooting cramps deep in my ovaries? Does that make sense?
