Sorry to everyone if this is a duplicate. I have been reading older posts on this site for several days and my head is about to explode.
I am thinking about trying PM, and I decided to order some on Amazon. I came across this, which is supposed to give you a long supply of the stuff.

I am going to just start with one bottle of pills, but if that works without any funky side effects, I would like to get the powder. Here are my questions ???:
How do you make sure you are getting the correct amount for the dose (1000 mg)?
How do you actually take it?
Also, do the other benefits actually work? I know most people are taking it for the bust enhancement, but it also claims better skin, hair, nails, and decrease in PMS and periods. Anyone have these side effects, too?
