So a lot of people say the heat is good for better swelling and may of us warm our breasts before the actual noogling. Beside options like massage, warm shower, and a heat pad, do you guys think blowdrying is a good idea? It's super quick to get your skin warm and if it's too hot, you can put it in lower mode.

It does help.... Try wearing a button up top while noogling, the warm air circulates underneath and feels wonderful....
You know how they have Icy Hot in a roll on liquid. I wonder if they have something like just the Hot (no Icy)? Kind of like those heat pads that have sticky backs that you stick on your shoulder or back.
I wonder if therapeutic heat like that would work?
Like maybe those Salanpas heat pads that are like stickers that you stick on your back/shoulder/joints etc. Maybe if you could cut one down to circle shape to cover the breast? (3-dimensionally it would have to be cut like a circle with take in seams like a blouse)
