Does anyone use BO therapy and progesterone/wild yam cream together? I came across a site that says you can increase boobage using progesterone cream, vitamin E, zinc and chest excercise. I have 2 bottles of UB and don't wanna waste, but wanna ramp up the growth. Also thinking of d/c the BC.

Progesterone cream side effects
Should you use progesterone cream to increase breasts size?

What happens if you have too much progesterone?

Get the list of progesterone cream side effects here.(Please note that this list is not complete and should not be used to diagnose any medical conditions.)

Progesterone is a steroid hormone made by the corpus luteum ("the yellow body") of the ovary. Progesterone is essential to maintain pregnancy. It is also essential to balance the level of estrogen found in our body.

Too much estrogen, which level can increase significantly with menopause can cause breast cancer and cancer of the reproductive system, PMS, migraine.

However you don’t need menopause to have high estrogen level in your body.

The hormone fed livestock, which we end up eating; chemicals found in various products we use every day (creams, nail polish, cleaning products etc.), pesticides, obesity, stress can all cause estrogen dominance.

To balance estrogen dominance, natural progesterone cream is often prescribed.

Progesterone cream side effects.

Progesterone cream always should be prescribed by a doctor after your hormone level was tested. You can buy products containing wild yam, which can relieve some of the symptoms of estrogen dominance. However if your symptoms are severe it is always necessary to get a prescription from your doctor containing natural USP progesterone. If the label only says wild yam, that’s not equal with natural progesterone cream.

Applying too much natural progesterone cream can cause the following side effects:

► Depression,
► Lethargy,
► Feeling sleepy and tired,
► Weight gain,
► Bloating,
► Anxiety,
► Vaginal dryness,
► Temporary increased and sometimes painful breasts.

Applying too much synthetic progesterone cream can cause the following side effects:

► All of the above+
► Breast, uterine cancer,
► Blood clots,
► Liver disease,
► Stroke,
► Abnormal vaginal bleeding.

If you use progesterone cream, it is very important to try to get rid of most of he environmental effects that can cause estrogen dominance. (This means try to go "bio" as much as possible.)

Progesterone cream alone was not proved to increase breasts size. Or if it does it is indicated as a "negative" side effect because it can be often painful. You can try and test wild yam cream, which rarely has any negative side effects.

What is BO and what does it do?

Btw, my natural (wild yam) progesterone cream arrived. I've been using it for 2 days, so far no changes. I'm also taking wild yam root supplements. Keep me posted on your progress.

BO is bovine ovary, it's supposed to kick start your booby growing hormones. Google it, its all over the internet and a little over my head right now. I've read so much my head is in a tailspin. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm going to take it every day this month or just the first two weeks.
I chose the Source Naturals brand which contains progesterone from soy and also wild yam root extract. I read that wild yam cream does not convert to diosgenin in the body so it's pretty much useless.

Well, my progesterone adventure was short lived. I used 2x450mg ProGest cream & 2 Wild Yam pills/day for only a few days. Results? I could barely stay awake! Also, my legs swelled and there was so much pressure in my legs that I felt my veins would pop. I googled negative side effects of Wild Yam and one of them is thrombosis (vein clots) that can cause serious health problem. I stopped taking wild yam and feel much better. I also cut my PC cream dose in half. So far so good.

Next time I get excited about hormones and crazy supplements, remind me, to research the negative side effects before I whip out my credit card. I am tapering off my hormone dosages and may just try Noogling next month.

I'm just going to use the suggested dose,1/4 tsp two times a day for 2 weeks. That equals 44mg a day. Thanks for the heads up, I may need to re-read the side effects. If all goes well, I'll up it to 1/2 tsp next month.I decided to stop my bc this month to seeif it makes a difference.
