Can I take PM Powder and capsules

I am taking Purafem Premium Pueraria Mirifica 350mg 2 two times a day so 2 in the am and to in the pm for 15 days and 15 days off. Can I also take AINTEROL Pueraria Mirifica Powder at 250mg? I also take breast success is this good to do? Or should I just be taking the PM?

You may be taking to much at once. You have to get your body adjusted to the intake first I would give it time. Its really a no call some may be able to handle more than the next. How do you feel after you take the supplements? What are you trying to accomplish ? So then we may give you a reasonable advice.

I dont think it is very wise to take to many things at once because you can have a hormone inbalance in your body which can lead to serious stuff.

Also it depends on your age, weight, and height.
