I'm keeping all my "records" measurements and program on breast nexus. I will link it eventually... if I can with my phone. I would post then here... but it is really inconvenient with a phone but I can share photos!

my before photo I have purple panties with a pink band. day 3 (today) I have black panties with white dots.

No huge gains but gains none the less.

So, my phone won't let me link. anyhow, here are my current measurements
above bust 31.5
Bust 33
Underbust 26.5
Waist 25
Upper hip 34.5
Hip/butt 36.5

I pump 15-60 min per day, I massage my breast before and during with homemade PM oil.take 1 PM capsule before bed. take mini pill in the am. I wear a corset 1-2 hours a dIay lacing it tighter every 1/2 hour. 2 days out of the week I fast until supper than consume around 500 calories.
I'm going to stop drinking got the week and upping my PM to 3 capsules. and adding 2 black cohosh capsules and 1 dong qua . I will continue with my mini pill too.

since I've purchased my corset 3 weeks ago, I've lost 1 in on my underbust, 2 on my waist, & 2 on my upper hip. my signature stats are what I started at prior too NBE .

Looking good! Great progress with the corset, I am surprised to learn that such benefits can be gained by only 2 hours per day. I was under the impression that it would require more like 10, that is wear it most of the day or even sleep with it. I trust you are putting lots of massage time on your boobs as well as pumping. Good luck :)

Thanks James! From everything I've read the rule for corsets is. 2 hours a day, 2 weeks, lose 2 inches! It worked for me, anyhow.
I have an update! I pumped twice tody. First pic is after first session. 2nd pic after second picture. so far I've maintains weight but lost inches above and below bust. this session was my first session where I got swallon. I gained an inch (you can't see in the pictures) but my breasts are both perkier and upright! Enjoy.... (until, I remove them)

I think the rule of thumb for waist training corsets is. Is 2 hours a day, for 2 weeks lose 2 inches. but you have to get the right size. they have an awesome blog that will answer any questions you have about size and style.
