Does Cup Rings help prevent Red Circle Marks on skin?

Hi! For those who owns the cup rings, do you find that it helps to prevent the red circle marks that appears afterward? Or at least help in shortening the period that these marks show on the skin?

I use mine at night almost daily, and I have to wait WEEKS before these bruising circle marks go away. It's annoying b :-X/c I can't wear a LOT Of my tops : ( Thanks for your help!

The cup rings certainly help in reducing the marks, but you will still get them. If you pump at night, they should be gone by morning though, particularly if you don't pump too hard. The harder you pump, the worse the ring marks are. I've just recently started using Avocado oil when I pump, and find that it has made a big difference to the marks I get. Barely noticeable now.
