I saw one of those as seen on tv gadgets where you like...put it under your chin and exercise. I looked at the reviews and it looks like it works. It was also fairly cheap, so it's worth a try. Here is my amazon search: http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=chin+exerciser&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=5324516717&ref=pd_sl_1akxu7vtf3_e

As everything, do your research. Of course it'll get mixed reviews, some people don't always follow their regimens correctly. It won't work for everyone. Very similar to noogleberry, I think. If you decide to try it, let us know how it goes, I'm sure other nooglers would appreciate it. Good luck!!

I found this article on the different methods used as well as some products. You can read as part of your research. There is a reference at the bottom of the page with links to the website of some of the products discussed.

My friend used one of those things that's been advertised on TV and now in drug stores, it actually did tone her neck. She didn't take before and after pictures, but if she had it would be pretty noticable.

She used to think I was so vain doing all the weird stuff to better myself, (like strap the domes on), and always acted like I was crazy and rolled her eyes until one day she saw my breast overflowing. It was so cute because she didn't tell me about it until she unveiled her new neck after three months. She thought I would be so proud of her for trying something, and I was, and made a mental note to get one to prevent old age sag.

I would think that the results would be lasting too with a little maintenance.

here i am sharing something about double chin exercise, You will certainly benefit from these double chin exercises, but it is a terrible truth that the double chin is due to fat deposits. The chin is just another handy place for the body to store fat.

As you will know if you have been to other pages on this site, we have to treat the whole body to be healthy, so as well as these double chin exercises, to lose that fat, you should be on a weight loss diet. This need not be too severe, especially if your double chin is the only place your body is storing fat.
The main muscle we are concerned with in these double chin exercises is the platysma, responsible for the downward movement of the jaw and corners of the mouth.

A major thing to consider when regarding these exercises is posture. Good posture will impact on every part of your body; this in turn will allow these double chin exercises to be more effective. Remember to keep you head up, but not unnaturally so, when you are standing or sitting, this will gradually strengthen the throat muscles and they will become more taut over time.

I think there are some double chin exercises on those face workout programs. I haven´t tried them out myself but they look promising. There is one by a lady called Eva Fraser, she is about 80 and looks like 50, maybe you can look her up, there are even some posts on youtube about her and she has written books and has some dvds with the exercises.

Glad I found this. No matter HOW much weight I lose or different exercises I do, I always keep my fat in TWO places!!! My CHIN and my LOVE HANDLES!!! -_- Thank you for the info. I've been looking into that commercial chin exerciser thing. I was some what skeptical although willing to try it. Now I'm even more willing.

@clovis I didn't know posture effected chin. Nice to know :)

After some research, I also found these Chin + Neck exercises:

They seem promising. I've done them only once so far and I could definitely feel the burn

there is more way to reduce double chin that is you have to Lose weight all around. There's no way to target where you lose it. If you lose it here, you'll lose it everywhere. Targeted exercises will tone the muscles beneath the fat, and that can sometimes make the bulges even bigger. Try aerobic exercises, and modify your eating habits...
