I just checked it out and all the ingredients look to be the same herbs in most other NBE pills...Fenugreek, Fennel, Wild Yam, etc.

I tried the stuff for 6 months once, the only thing it did for me was screw up my hormonal balance, did nothing for my breasts. Everyone's different though, some may see results while others like me have none other than a hormonal imbalance.
