i got my nb last week and started using it ,i have the medium cups and when i pump my breast touch the end of the domes and then my nipples touch the plastic and it hurts and itches,so i cant pump any more and i dont feel the pull and when i do pump my nipples touch the plastic where the tubing is and it hurts :(,any ideas what im doing wrong ?or are the cups small

Hi,

There is good news here. You need to have the large domes. To make sure what I am suggesting is correct, you should email Lucy, and give her your boobage info. I'm sure she will concur that you need to be using the large domes. Good noogling to you and welcome Hugs Mama J :-* :-* :-*

I must agree with Mamma J, It sounds like you need to order
the next size bigger.
With no pull left, you are not doing much good when pumping.
With the next size bigger, you will be able to grow into them.
