how long does it usually take to move up to the next cup size?

I just got the medium cups about a week ago and I'm about at the 2 inch mark after pumping. Just wondering how long I should expect to be able to keep using the mediums. The first time I ordered it took 20 days to get here, so I don't want to have to order them when I already can't use the mediums. I know the logical thing to do would probably be just to order the next size soon/now so I have it, but I've been spending a lot of money lately so I'd rather wait until I need it. I guess since swelling and growth are so different for everyone, maybe a better question would be what are some signs you're about 20 days away from needing a larger size?

sweets, a good way 2 know is if the cup doesn't fully fit around yr boobs anymore. So they r more kinda sitting on "top" of them if that makes sense. If they do not sit around them and only on top of them, u need 2 move up a bigger size cos they have no room 2 grow anymore otherwise. I hope this makes sense.
