hello everyone, pumping is going good. getting use to the large dome still waiting for my med.s to come...today i pumped for 1 hour on each breast with the large dome and now the right breast is bigger than the left breast. is that normal. or did i something wrong.i did the left one first than the right. did some of the blood from the left go to the right could that be why..

This is normal. Since you are pumping the breasts one at a time, the breast you pump first will always look smaller after you finish up on the last breast because it's had more time to lose swelling.

Not many here pump one breast at a time, so I don't think this gets discussed much. :)
