Hi Ladies and Gents.
I did my usually pumping last night and I think I put to much pressure my ring mark is tiny red dots, not to dramatic but there.
Do I need to wait till they are completely gone?
Or can I continue my routine.
My Routine is pumping every night for about 40 mins and massage and warm shower.

Advise please!!
It is kind of discouraging but not going to give up!

I suggest applying vitamin E, and wait till the dots go away before resuming pumping.
Did you use a generous amount of oil like safflower oil, all over your breasts and out past the contact edge of the cups?

I use the Palmer's breast cream I rec. with package and now started the oil stretch mark cream two days ago. My marks usually go away I have had it like this.
I read that is isn't permanent but it takes a day or two.
So I'm assuming to just wait a day?
Thank you for replying!

I just went to check it seems to be fading! Thank God, I freaked out this morning and it put me in such a weird mood all day!
Theres hope :)
I see results in general so I got a little nervous that I wasn't going to be able to move forward!
Is there a way to prevent this in the future? Aside from not pumping to hard?

See my remark under "Not discouraged, but bummed.." Ring marks are a result of pumping too long, not too hard.
