Is anyone willing to post their swelling with and without swelling creams?

Either measurements or pics are fine. There are creams marketed specifically for swelling, and I'm considering buying one, but I need a little more convincing. I'm hoping to see your results immediately post-noogling, with and without the use of a swelling cream of some kind.
