Is it time to order the large domes already?

I've been using the medium domes for approx 2 weeks and am now finding that my nipples are starting to get squashed at the end of the domes. My breast fill the domes completely, is it time to order the large domes?

YES it's time for you to order next size up, if you are filling them up.
I only had the Ls for about 2 wks before I had to order the XLs.
Congratulations on filling them up in such a short time.
