Not many details to report on, just one to two hours of pumping daily with a few breaks here and there, I have not used any supplements or special lotions. I have just used a common moisture restoring lotion when pumping. I really committed after surgery to have a lump removed after waiting a couple of months for things to heal.

And yes, I will continue. At one time I could barely fill a 40B bra, but now wear a 42C with a steady body weight for years.

Like everything else, to get what you want takes time and effort. I was not really serious about it until after my surgery in 2012, but after waiting for my scar to fully heal, I was really committed.
