Am I to guess that you've been bigger at some point because I see stretch marks on the top of your breasts??? and 20 mins isn't really enough to start with, try atleast 30 to 45 mins with pump and hold, or a 15:2 ratio of pump and release. if you pump just til it gets uncomfortable, hold for 7 mins, then release...then pump up more, you will get some good swelling......it's the swelling you're looking for...but you may not see swelling for a few weeks......atleast try what I suggested first and see what happens
